We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please not that product availability is not guaranteed. If an item in your order is not available, we will promptly notify you via email. For backordered or pre-ordered items, we will inform you via email as soon as the item becomes available in stock.

Shipping Policy:

The shipping cost will be added at the checkout.
Please note that these costs do not include any import customs and duty charges.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.
DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes address, so please provide aa residential address and email address.
If the shipping address is for an office or company, please include the Company name before your name.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, DHL will hold your parcels for up to 10 days and leave an attempted delivery note at your door or mailbox.
You will need to contact DHL to arrange another delivery using the tracking number provided on the attempted delivery note.
